Returns

Personalized Items
Personalized or custom-made items, such as custom photo jewelry, may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps.
